She Can Consultancy is a Certified Social Enterprise founded by myself Mayameen Meftahi, and Award-Winning Trauma Recovery Coach, Independent Advocate & Sexual Violence Expert, having worked with women affected by Psychological Trauma & Sexual Violence since 2011, no one knew the silenced voice behind the passion. In September 2018, I waived my right to lifelong Anonymity, as my father who had been sentenced to 10 years in prison, walked free after serving 6 years.
Proving that I was in fact still living the life sentence, my father being a trained listener for Samaritans in a peadophile wing, whilst I was supporting victims of rape and child sexual abuse! My story has had excessive Media Coverage, and I have been involved in a Documentary due to be aired on Monday 10th June via Star 5.

Unfortunately, many are not aware our organisation exists. We have addressed this on numerous occasions, that our services should be easily accessible because they are saving lives, and many young girls and women are taking their own life, because they can not cope with the excruciating pain of being sexually assaulted.
She Can Consultancy has been providing FREE support to women, receiving disclosures after disclosures and working endlessly to provide support to victims / survivors despite we are not funded and I am voluntary, it has been evidenced that the 7 week PTSD and Anxiety Trauma Recovery Program I wrote and facilitate has saved and empowered lives to escape abuse, this is a low cost fee program.
The free Support Circles and endless Campaigning I am doing is raising the platform for victims to speak out. My petition to provide Child Houses/Refuges in Wales for Child Victims has created a wave of movement and was agreed in motion during a debate in the Welsh Government. However as much of a legacy as that is, victims / survivors need immediate assistance and we can provide that, now with your help!
Vision:
She Can Consultancy Trauma Recovery and Healing Centre will be a focal point for victims / survivors to access a safe space, where they can be fully supported with a whole life approach to recovery and success.
Breaking the stereotypical statistic, that having been through any form of Trauma, means that the future is bleak.
We have proven this is not the case! The Trauma Recovery and Healing Centre will be located in Manchester and will provide a mix of free community services and low cost contribution services for future sustainability.

We provide various free support circles, Advocacy and advice Drop-Ins, workshops, events and activities for women and young girls to be a part of.
The centre will provide a safe space for anyone needing to disclose rape or sexual abuse to access immediate support. We will work and have always worked very closely with police and crisis organisations.
The Centre will not be a rape and crisis centre, it is an open, inclusive centre for all women who have suffered from any form of Psychological Trauma (PTSD & Anxiety), with a whole life approach to recovery.
This prevents fear and stigmatisation of women coming into the centre, because there is something for everyone. This will allow us to reach women of BME Communities as well.
Although the Centre will be located in Manchester, we also provide Outreach Support with Support Circles in Swansea, Wales and Online Support reaching women across the Globe.
The vision also, that the centre will provide retreats and events for victims / survivors across the country to access. Everything proposed above, is actually already happening, but happening ad-hoc, hiring of various locations etc, however as we have no base of our own, we are restricted to be able to expand to reach more and do more for victims and survivors, specifically of the 3 main areas I specialise in, Child Sexual Abuse, Female Genital Mutilation and Exploitation.
The centre will be a place of hope, to offer holistic, trauma -informed care to embody healing, growth and self-expression. It will also be the safe space needed for young victims to find the power and strength to access support, so that they too can lead successful lives after suffering. 
The Invisible Child, is now Visible. My Story we the Founder and why this is my Passion . 
The Centre will provide workshops to nurture, love and protect the inner child, with inner-child healing and inner-self work.
Young women have attended the 7 Week PTSD and Anxiety Trauma Recovery Program, and come out stronger and able to face the life challenges that the developmental trauma has shaped them, the impact of adverse childhood experiences on adults is well-documented. We have been able to prevent inter-generational trauma, by breaking the destructive mindset that offenders place on the victim.
These amazing young mums have been through horrendous life experiences, by providing them with a safe space, enrolling them onto the Recovery Program, the transitions were amazing, they found light in the darkness and I for one, am extremely proud to have been a part of their Journey and honoured they allowed me into their secret spaces. 
This message above, is exactly what our vision is about, and if you can help, we can help more young warrior women like this. Working with a young victim of abuse, she decided to leave the abusive home, when we discussed why after so many years of suffering this torture, what made her strong enough to decide to leave. To be told that the Recovery Program I wrote and facilitate gave her the strength, absolutely touched and warmed my heart. She said: The freedom to talk but to also be respected and reassured that it is the right thing to do and no one is going to shout or beat you up" What more is left to say, other than this centre needs to be a reality, we can not afford not to let it be! It can and it will save lives.
Your Donation:
Every donation you make, will help this dream become a step closer to reality, and it will be in memory of every silenced child.
Your donation will help us to rent the space we need to continue providing our services, unfortunately at the moment we can not afford to purchase our own building and so we are looking to rent a space from an already established charity.
Approx: £400 per month (£4800 to secure a 1 years residential space)
Your donation will also support a survivor to access emergency support and to be enrolled on the recovery program.
Approx: £95 per survivor (£950 to secure 10 survivor places) This is the bare minimum and doesn't include all the other expenses and costs to run such an organisation.
