<div>Yalfer Linares de 40 años es un paciente renal crónico desde hace 5 años, en hemodiálisis desde hace 4. De Puerto Ayacucho, estado Amazonas, Venezuela.

<div>Quien tuvo que salir de su estado por una mejor calidad de vida principalmente por su salud. Ingresó al programa de trasplante Renal, dónde su donante es su hermano menor de 32 años. Sin embargo, durante el proceso se han presentado muchas situaciones que han impedido que el trasplante pautado en el 2024 haya sido posible. Ya que para ello se requiere una serie de exámenes costosos; los cuales no logró cubrir en su totalidad. Aunado a eso; su hemoglobina ha estado por debajo del mínimo y eso ha implicado transfusiones de sangre recurrentes, siendo la última el 18 de agosto 2025. Pero eso es solo una parte de su historia...

<div>Desde diciembre 2024 ha presentado dolencias a nivel cervical, y gracias al apoyo familiar, de amistades cercanos y rifas; logró realizarse los estudios correspondientes, rx, tomografías y resonancias para finalmente llegar a un diagnóstico: SINDROME COMPRESIÓN MEDULAR ANTERIOR; fractura patológica C5C6 por espondilodiscitis, dónde se requiere una intervención quirúrgica llamada Corpectomía, colocación de cesta C5C6 y placa anterior C4C7. Esto es producto de la misma enfermedad degenerativa, la cual ha ido atrofiando sus huesos y expuesto a múltiples infecciones por vía IV. Por tanto requiere un gammagrama óseo con ciprofloxacino como primer paso hacia el preoperatorio.

<div>Pero eso no es todo, actualmente requiere evaluación con cardiología, neumología y medicina interna ya que también está presentando complicaciones a nivel pulmonar, del corazón y presión arterial; esta última ha sido la causante de la enfermedad renal. Por lo que pedimos apoyo a todas las personas que puedan sumarse a qué Yalfer tenga una oportunidad de vida, y puede seguir disfrutando de su familia y su hijo de 8 años de edad
