(English below) ¡Hola! Les saluda Gustavo Márquez. Soy músico de Caracas-Venezuela.
En octubre del año pasado (2016) tras varios procedimientos médicos, fui diagnosticado con “Linfoma No Hodgkin difuso células grandes B” (LNH DCG CG E IV). Gracias a Dios y a la bondad de muchos, se logró salir delante.
En Noviembre, se inició la 1ra fase del tratamiento con quimioterapias (R-CHOP), cuya respuesta fue positiva, reduciendo gran cantidad de las lesiones. Mediante un examen CT-PET, se mostraron resultados favorables, sin embargo reveló que no se realizó una remisión completa del diagnóstico.
En Julio de este año (2017) me administraron 2 quimioterapias más (R-DHAP) antes de entrar en una nueva etapa. Esta consiste en realizar un trasplante de médula (Trasplante autólogo de células progenitoras hematopoyéticas), procedimiento dividido en 2 partes:
1) Colecta o movilización de células progenitoras de manera ambulatoria.
2) Realización del trasplante, mediante quimioterapia BEAM e infundir las células crio preservadas. Con estimado de hospitalización de 3-4 semanas.
Para esta etapa, nuevamente estoy requiriendo de su apoyo, para continuar en la lucha y así cubrir los gastos necesarios, poder realizar el tratamiento médico con éxito y de esa manera lograr la curación total de mi diagnóstico.
Mi amigo y colega Jesus Azocar (Venezolano y actualmente viviendo en USA) me esta ayudando con esta causa puesto a que posee la documentacion necesaria para efectuar la transaccion de los fondos recaudados. (direccion fisica, SSN, etc)
Cualquier ayuda será gratamente recibida y agradecida no solo por mí, sino por mi familia. Así llevar más alegría a través de la música y aportar ayuda a quienes estén en la misma situación que yo. Muchas gracias y Dios los bendiga a todos.

Hello! My name is Gustavo Márquez. I’m a musician from Caracas-Venezuela.
In October of last year (2016) after several medical procedures, I was diagnosed with "Diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma" (NHL DCG CG E IV). Thanks to God and the goodness of many people, we managed to get ahead.
In November, the 1st phase of treatment with chemotherapies (R-CHOP) was started, with a positive response, reducing the large number of lesions. A CT-PET exam, showed favorable results, however it revealed that a complete healing of the diagnosis was not performed.
In July of this year (2017) I was given 2 more chemotherapies (R-DHAP) before entering a new stage. The procedure consists of the bone marrow transplant (autologous hematopoietic progenitor cells transplantation), a procedure divided into 2 parts:
1) Collection or mobilization of progenitor cells on an outpatient basis.
2) Perform the transplantation, using BEAM chemotherapy and infuse the preserved cryo cells. With estimated hospitalization of 3-4 weeks.
For this stage, I’m again requiring your support, to continue in the fight and thus to cover the necessary expenses, to be able to carry out the medical treatment with success and in that way to achieve the total cure of my diagnosis.
My friend and colleague Jesus Azocar (Venezuelan and currently living in the US) is helping me out with this campaign due to he owns a SSN and a physical address in the U.S.
