Multi purpose Vehicle (Ambulance or Bus) for kids

Home for Angels is a care home housing 30+ HIV infected kids in suburbs of Mumbai, India.
These kids have to be regularly taken to Hospitals for monthly medical needs, well check visits apart from occasional emergency visits. And normal day travel like school, library & cultural events requires safe and monitored travel in a busy city like Mumbai. Currently care home uses commercial and private vehicles for the most times as ambulance is not always readily available. In case of emergencies they can not reach medical facilities in time due to traffic or multiple toll booths.
We are looking to raise funds to purchase a multi-purpose vehicle for this care home so kids can be safely and quickly transported using their own vehicle. It can be used as an ambulance as well as regular van for kids.

Because of the vulnerability of our care home children have to be admitted to the hospital. We have to go back and forth from one hospital to another as we need to bring blood bags. As we travelled in our private vehicle it was really difficult to reach in time and when it comes to traffic, it becomes a big issue. There are time sensitive events.
Few months back a donor gave us 3 lakh as an advance for the same. The total cost of the ambulance is 7.5 lakhs. So for the rest 4.5 lakhs, please help regarding this matter.
