Transportation for Jacob

Hello everyone I am fundraising money to buy my sister a used van. As you all know Jacob (my nephew) was hit by a car two years ago. It has quiet a journey. Jake has been home for some time now and has made great progress but still has a long road ahead of him. Janette has committed her life to taking care of Jake. Transporting him is a challenge. Mts is often unreliable and appointments are cancelled due to my sister unable to get her disabled child there. I have found an organization that will pay to have the vehicle converted into a handicap accesible can to accommodate Jacobs needs.
My goal is to try to surprise my sister for Christmas she has no idea that I have been working on this for her, so I ask that no body mention it. If any of you are interested in supporting this . Thank you all in advance for your continued prayers and support through Jacobs journey.
