Transplant for Tumara Fundraiser

Tumara is a 20 year old young woman who was diagnosed at birth with a genetic, incurable & chronic illness called Cystic Fibrosis. Throughout her 20 years of life, she has had numerous hospital admissions (2-3 weeks at a time every 2-3 months) & hundreds of doctors appointments. She spends around 4 hours a day just on doing treatments and physio to keep herself alive but never takes a breath for granted - because every breath is just another blessing. Tumara is on the list awaiting for a double/bilateral Lung Transplant. Due to a massive decline in health because of her killer disease. Sitting at a low 25% in lung function (normal person - 100%+), having the need to wear oxygen 24 hours a day, regularly coughing up blood & having everyday tasks such as showering and eating become a struggle due to her lung failure. As well as an emotional and physical strain, because of transplant, there is also now a financial hardship on Tumara and her family due to medical bills such as, oxygen tanks, electricity bills because of medical machinery, accommodation needed after her transplant due to needing to be close to her hospital & doctors & much more. The money you are able to donate will lift a massive weight off Tumara and her families shoulders.
