Transplant and aftercare in toronto

I have been waiting for a kidney transplant for almost 7 years and I am on disability. When I get the call to go up to toronto they want me to stay up there for 3 months due to the fact long distance travel isn't good on the new organ. Disability will not pay for me to have a place here and go to Toronto for as long as I need to be. I am at the top of the list as I got a call this week and went up to find out it was cancelled . Thank you for any help you can give. This will be the best gift for my family. If you know me you know it is really hard for me to ask for money. Thank you very much
