Transition - travel expenses

I'm a 29 year old, Swedish trans woman dealing with a lot of problems in my life, including heavy dysphoria. My biggest problem right now is that I don't have a job, and haven't for many months, and that I'm not eligable for social security due to a technicality. I'm currently surviving by selling things I own so I can pay rent.

I have a consultation with Facial Team, plastic surgeons specializing in feminization surgery, on July 23. As of now, though, I can't even afford my train tickets there :( .

I have no family to ask for help, since they actively opposed my transition.

Even after being more than a year into my hormone therapy, I'm plagued with acute dysphoria, to an extent that keeps me from living a normal life. I have daily panic attacks due to how my body and face has been formed by testosterone during my teenage puberty. Getting to my appointment in Stockholm is extremely important to my health.
