Transition to the U.S.

Many of you know that I have to leave the country and return to the U.S. Because of government issues on both sides of the world, I have had to change my flight back to the U.S. three times. It's been a waiting period so far of five months, and now I still cannot leave until the end of October. I am having to pay double rent for two months in both countries to keep my house in the U.S.
I recently adopted a child that has been with me for seven 1/2 years. With the cost of the adoption, and requesting an Urgent Humanitarian Parole, the expenses have been above and beyond what I expected for the process.
For the journey back to the U.S. I require an additional person since my son is autistic and I will have several suitcases since I am moving across the ocean. The first person was denied a visa into the U.S. However, we still had to pay for the application process. The second person has had to change her flight here every time that we have had to change our flight on this side.
Since I am in a waiting period of transition, I am also continuing to work on my masters in professional counseling. I vowed that I would only continue the course, if funds was provided. A reminder that I want the degree to help those who have come from traumatic experiences or are living in trauma currently. I don't know if I will be doing counseling in the U.S. or in another country until God opens the door.
Funds donated will help care for my son and I as we are in the U.S. for the next year, for a much needed sabbatical after serving in this country for almost sixteen years, and to provide for us while we are waiting for God to open the next door.
**Praise - update, my U.S. landlord is not charging me for September rent, so I only have double rent in October!
