My partner Orny is trans and we're raising money for their transition.
For as long as Orny can remember they've been in the wrong body and suffer from dysmorphia on a daily basis. They bind or tape their breasts which causes great discomfort. I have seen first hand the damaging effect that being in the wrong body can have. Transitioning is not a decision taken lightly and is something they have needed to do for a long time but haven't been able to afford.
With the help of this campaign Orny will start hormone therapy and have top surgery to remove their breasts.
The previous GoFundMe that Orny set up refunded everyone because we didn't manage to sort out how to withdraw the money so we've had to start a new one - sorry for any confusion.
