Hello, I'm Azad Arnaud, and I'm the CEO of One Existence Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in San Bernardino County, CA, with a global reach and a local impact. Our mission is deeply rooted in creating positive change for both our environment and communities. Through a multifaceted approach, we address the pressing issue of plastic waste while simultaneously providing assistance to families, communities, and raising awareness about responsible plastic usage.

Our journey began in 2019 when I traveled to the Philippines. Witnessing firsthand the devastating effects of plastic pollution on both the environment and the families living amidst it, I knew I had to take action. It was heart-wrenching to see these families without proper homes and struggling to make ends meet.

But my journey didn't end there. When I returned to the States, I was confronted with another harsh reality – homelessness, right here in Santa Monica. It was a stark reminder that the issue of housing and sustainability knows no boundaries.

That's when I decided to make a change. One Existence Foundation is more than just a home-building initiative. It's about building a strong foundation, a sense of community. We're on a mission to educate and empower people about the importance of recycling and responsible plastic usage.

We're also pushing the boundaries of innovation with 3-D printing technology. We believe that discarded plastic can be transformed into valuable resources, and we're working on developing our own 3-D printing machine with the funds we raise. This machine will not only create resources but actual homes, proving that when you put your mind to something, you can achieve it.
