<div><strong>Advancing Metabolic Psychiatry, One Doctor at a Time</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A metabolic revolution is underway in psychiatry, one with the potential to change how mental illness is understood and treated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Despite a growing evidence base for metabolic psychiatry, most clinicians and patients remain unaware of this potentially life-changing intervention. We're on a mission to change that by providing recent psychiatry residency graduates with a foundational metabolic psychiatry text:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Brain Energy by Dr. Christopher Palmer, or
</li>
<li>Change Your Diet, Change Your Mind by Dr. Georgia Ede
</li>
</ul>
<div>These books offer compelling scientific evidence and practical clinical insights that could transform how these doctors approach mental health care for the next 30+ years of their careers.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The Science Behind the Movement</strong>
</div>
<div>A fundamental shift is happening in psychiatry. Researchers are discovering that metabolism and mitochondrial function play central roles in mental disorders, connecting decades of neuroscience, genetics, and clinical research into a coherent framework. Mental health and physical health aren't separate systems; they're deeply interconnected through metabolic pathways.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This understanding opens new doors for treatment.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>Why Leading Experts Are Partnering With Us</strong>
</div>
<div>Dr. Christopher Palmer and Dr. Georgia Ede, pioneers in metabolic psychiatry, have partnered with Metabolic Revolution to help increase awareness of metabolic psychiatry as a potential treatment option. As Dr. Ede writes in her letter to graduating residents: <em>"We became psychiatrists to bring hope, understanding, and relief to those who are suffering from mental health conditions."</em> By placing these books directly into the hands of new psychiatrists, we spark clinical curiosity and help ensure more patients can learn about, and potentially benefit from, these evidence-based interventions.
