<div>Assalamu Alaikum,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Alhamdulillah, we’ve found a wonderful property in Sutton that used to be a church and is now up for sale. Our dream is to turn it into a Masjid and Islamic center that serves the community for generations to come – but we need your help to make it happen.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are raising £400,000 to secure this property. Your support can make this dream a reality!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Here’s What Your Donation Will Help Create:
</div>
<div>•	A Masjid for five daily Salah, open to all
</div>
<div>•	Madrassah for children to learn Quran and Islamic teachings
</div>
<div>•	Adult learning programs and Aleemi courses by qualified teachers
</div>
<div>•	Islamic lectures, programs, and community events
</div>
<div>•	A welcoming space with ample parking
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Reward of Your Contribution in Islam:
</div>
<div>Supporting a Masjid is sadaqah jariyah (continuous charity) – your reward continues as long as the Masjid serves the community. Every prayer, every lesson, every act of learning benefits you too. By donating, you’re part of something bigger than yourself: a lasting legacy for the Ummah.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>How You Can Help:
</div>
<div>•	One-time donation of any amount
</div>
<div>•	Monthly support starting from just £5 via direct debit – never underestimate the power of your contribution
</div>
<div>•	Qarze Hasanah (interest-free loans) are also welcome
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This goal is achievable if we come together as a community. If 400 donors contribute £1,000 each, or 800 donors give £500 each, we can significantly speed up the purchase of this property and secure it before the auction.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Masha’Allah, a brother has already supported this project by providing £6,000 as Qarze Hasanah. May Allah (SWT) reward him and his family abundantly and place barakah in his wealth. His generosity shows what we can achieve together when we support the House of Allah.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We promise transparency: if it’s not Allah’s destiny for us to purchase this property, we will return your donations or use them for another suitable project.
</div>
<div>Please donate today and share this campaign with your family, friends, and community. Every share, every contribution, every du’a brings us closer to opening this Masjid.
