<div>Da nie ein Strafverfahren gegen den älteren Mann geführt wurde, gelten solche Äußerungen im juristischen Sinne als nicht beweisbare Tatsachenbehauptungen und können zivilrechtlich angreifbar sein.

<div>Die betroffene Person hat sich juristisch beraten lassen. Ergebnis: Der Betrag muss an den beschwerdeführenden Menschen bzw. dessen Anwalt gezahlt werden.

<div>Dieser ältere Mann gibt bis heute selbst an, dass damals alles einvernehmlich war. Die betroffene trans Person empfindet das anders. Ich persönlich halte es unter den bekannten Umständen für fragwürdig, ob damals echte Zustimmung möglich war.

<div>Die Person ist aktuell arbeitslos und lebt in prekären Verhältnissen. Diese Kampagne soll helfen, die geforderten Zahlungen sowie Anwaltskosten zu decken – und gleichzeitig sichtbar machen, wie leicht es in diesem System ist, Betroffene zum Schweigen zu bringen.
