Trans Day of Needs

Hello this is the GoFundMe for the Olympia's Trans community event "Day of Needs."
Trans people, especially Trans people of Color, are often under-served and ignored. November for a lot of trans people is often the darkest month for a lot of us due to Trans day of Remembrance (TDoR). It is a day we remember those who have passed and celebrate their lives. While we mourn their lives it is a reminder that we must take care of those who still live spiritually,emotionally,mentally and physically. Thus the Day of Needs was born. On this day we hope to serve the Trans community by providing a day of rest and i day to get daily needs met. We hope to meet these needs by providing binders and breast forms, Make up, razors, soaps, oils, lotions and other self care items as well as provide a safe place to chill watch movies and eat with other members of the community! We hope to provide rides and safe passage for those traveling to and from the event and a lot of this we are hoping to have fulfilled by donations but what cant be donated we hope to have monetary money to cover. This money will cover:
Gas for vehicles
Cost of food
Make up accessories
Coloring books
and anything else we cant get covered by donations that is needed for the space.
The goal is 500 dollars but every penny we go over will be plugged back into the event.
