My condition requires constant medical attention, frequent blood extractions, heart medications, and implanted cardiac devices. I am also on a waiting list for a potential heart transplant.

<div>This ongoing treatment has led to very high medical expenses. I have insurance (Sendero, through the Obamacare program), but it does not cover all the costs, and my income is extremely limited. I am unable to afford many of the medications, procedures, or even my household expenses.
