Training Noodle to become an assistance dog

My name is Nova and I have Crohn's disease, anxiety and PTSD,
amongst other issues. I have been trialling treatment for anxiety/PTSD since July and so far it's only been worsening. I have developed
agoraphobia (a fear of going outside/being in public places) and this has had a huge negative affect on both myself and those close to me. I will
only go out with my fiancee and even then I struggle to, and shops, parks, and any busy public area are pretty much impossible to face. 
I'm unable to work due to my health issues and am constantly battling with Universal Credit to try and receive the benefits I qualify for so 
that I can afford to live.

Something that would drastically improve my quality of life as well as
making everything easier for those close to me would be if I had 
someone I loved and trusted to be with me always, everywhere.
If you know me personally you will know that I have a dog, Noodle, and that she is the light of my life and my genuine best friend. Noodle has 
outstanding bloodlines, she is very intelligent and food driven. But, due to my fear of going outside, PTSD and physical disabilities, I am unable 
to train her myself.

To have Noodle well trained and able to perform tasks to help me deal with the symptoms of PTSD would be a huge help, and to have her able to accompany me everywhere would change my life and mean I can feel safer leaving the house and would never be alone.
The only downside is that assistance dogs have an incredibly high level of obedience and for her to meet this standard would require boarding with a professional trainer for them to work with her daily and perfect her behaviour and tasks. This is obviously very costly, and as I am 
barely scraping by on benefits this is not something I can afford despite how hard I tried to save.
