Tragic Bike Accident Kills Father

On September 5, 2018 Patrick Bettens, 41, was killed in a tragic bicycle accident when a motor vehicle driving erratically struck him on the side of the road. Patrick was training for upcoming triathlons. He served in the U.S. Army and was a Sgt. at the State Prison in Concord, NH. But perhaps most importantly, he was the father of two young boys: Colby, 14, and Travis, 16. The money raised will go directly toward his boys’ college tuition.
