We as a family are starting this Go Fund me page reaching out to family, friends, and community to help assist us with our mother's funeral arrangements. On August 31, 2021 at about 6:30 am we received the tragic news that our mother Raquel Rodriguez was hit and struck by the South Shore Express train. Our mother was a single loving mother of two daughters( Juliana Razo and Josephine Razo) , grandmother of (Ariceli Gonzalez, Gregory Velasco, Juan Juarez, Jose Juarez, August Velasco, Alexia Juarez, Bernardo Barraza III, and Julio Juarez.) She also, leaves behind her two siblings ( Alex Rodriguez and Vita Rodriguez.) She was a dedicated hard worker as a dental assistant/ supervisor. She was currently working at 312 Smile on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois where she was headed to. She has been taking this train for transportation for about 3 years. She was such a humble, amazing, fantastic, phenomenal, outgoing, and loved by many of us . She was always willing to lend a helping hand to who ever needed her assistant if it was a ride to work, a plate of food, pretty much anything she could do she would do it. Now it's time for all of us to come together to help give her the proper burial she deserves we ask with a grateful heart to who ever is willing to help during these difficult time our family is facing.
