My name is Evan Wilson and I am Fundraising on behalf of Pir Khalid Mehmood.
Khalid has been diagnosed with 5 CM Brain Tumour at the front of his brain. This sudden diagnosis has sent fear, sadness, and shock throughout his family, and friends.
Khalid entered Canada in the year 2000 excited to start a new life here in Canada. He has been working as a truck driver for years and working hard everyday to provide a stable life for his wife and 4 Children.
His children Ahmad Age 12, Maham Age 10, Sfan Age 7, and Amn only a tender age of 18 months. Sit daily at their fathers side giving their love and support.
And now, tragedy has struck and this family is overwhelmed with grief and the uphill battle that Khalid and they have in front of them. Recovery from this could take months, if not years. The possibilities of employment after are also grim.
To make matters worse, Khalid does not have any insurance to cover his daily and monthly expenses, such as mortgage, car, food, and necessities. They are in urgent need of help to get though this difficult period of their life.
