Hello I'm Tracy Lynn and I am currently homeless and have been experiencing a world of difficulty getting a safe place and a place that I can percent have access to like you won't believe. I am here because after almost 9years I still can't get housing on any level or any kind of help to obtain a vehicle or a PO box to have my documents safely sent to and am wanting to give up please help.
