Tracen's Fight

As many of you already know, Tracen was recently diagnosed with a rare cancer - Osteosarcoma. Lisa had brought him to the ER in Red Lake after he began experiencing knee pain which was an ongoing issue until they sent him for an X-ray and MRI that would shatter their world. Since then, he has been receiving care at the U of M Children's in Minneapolis, MN and today, he is starting Chemotherapy in Fargo, ND. 

The treatment plan he will be undergoing is rough and his doctors expect treatment to last a full year. This means A LOT of traveling for the family. They will need help with lodging, gas, food, help with whatever isn't covered, and of course bills and basic living expenses at home. They are and will be going through a lot. 

Tracen is such an amazing kid and I know this hasn't been easy for him giving up his biggest joy in life - basketball. Along with that, he isn't allowed to do a lot of things due to the location of the cancer. 

I am asking our family and friends to help out in their time of need. Lisa and Pat live a quiet life and they especially live for their family. I know if it was anyone else, they would help in any way that they could because that's just the kind of people they are. They will need our love and support the most during these upcoming and difficult months. If you are unable to donate, please just take the time to share.
