Helping young people with mental health.

This is a great local charity helping young people with Mental Health. We are currently going through something which this country hasn’t seen before, and is affecting many people in lots of different ways and being locked down for many can be very difficult and getting help when you know you have an issue can be costly! I’m a keen runner and there was lots of things going about running a marathon in January but I just wanted to up my game and give myself a real challenge.....so my target is to run 165km which is 100 miles, and in the meantime I aim to raise £1000 in doing so.
