As some of you may know Wednesday November 14 Amy had a seizure that lead her to the ER. A brain CT was done that found that the breast cancer spread to the brain in about 10 lesions.

I was truly blessed to have been coherent for part of the seizure while I was home alone with little Maela; long enough to call 911, unlock the front door, and lay on the couch until EMS got there. I don't remember a whole lot after that, and what I do remember is very foggy. I do know that many people dropped what they were doing immediately to be by my side and I feel extremely blessed and thankful. I might not remember exactly who was with me but I'm still very thankful.
Amy will be starting whole brain radiation on 11/26/2018. Amy had to stop taking her Vitamin C bags due to the cost and having these would be a great benefit for her treatment.
I was not asked to do this by Amy or her family. I am just a friend who would like to help her out. I went to college at NWFSC (aka OW) with Amy and have stayed friends with her since. All funds go directly to Amy and will be deposited every 2-3 days. The funds will be used for medical bills and radiation costs. Any and all donations are welcome. This is just to take some pressure and financial burden off of Amy and Chris at this time. Anything will help!!
