<div>On September 19th, <strong>Johny was forcibly detained by ICE while working his routine delivery route.</strong> He is currently being held at a detention center and has been refused legal services, violating his right to due process. ICE was working to deceive individuals who were traveling on the interstate to stop at the weigh station. There, they proceeded to apprehend him and his coworker without due regard to the status of their legally acquired work permits. They violated his 4th Amendment right to refuse unreasonable search and seizure, and he is being held for an undetermined amount of time.
