TPMG (Bahamas Volunteer re-building training)

We're raising money to benefit Techos pa' mi gente (Tpmg Corp) Island Encounter Mission and  Karazim Ministries working on the recovery of the Bahama islands.  Any donation will help make possible a TRAINING for Bahamian citizens willing to participate in a home rebuilding hands-on workshop organized by Techos pa' mi Gente .   Why $40, 000? This goal seeks to cover the expenses of the following: plane tickets for 10 volunteers (2 civil engineers and 8 carpenters), lodging for 10 (the accomodations facilities around Freeport, Bahamas are pretty damaged and the few that are in conditions to stay are in much demand, therefore prices have gone high.  Also, included in the goal are 3 meals daily for 20 since we will be working together with local volunteers.  A training space for 2 days, for building workshops; construction materials for 1 house or 2 roofs; one complete set of tools (ladders, saws, drills, blades, safety equipment, and all the necessary to be successful and efficient in a construction project) to be left with the locals for them to continue with the rebuilding effort.  It seems like a lot of money, but it was all calculated based on the reality of the Bahama islands at the moment.  Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us and our Caribbean neighbors.
