Funeral funds for my father

Hi, my name is Michel Vreeland. I'm a 25 year old street performer living in Coimbra (Portugal). It's been a week since the passing of my father. Tyrone Vreeland, not just a father but also a brother and my best friend. When my adulthood began, I decided to live on my own for a while but soon I found out life was much more beautiful together with him. I decided to buy a farm and he came to visit, everytime more, soon we had ideas, plans and I thought to have a whole life in front of us. But life got hard, a fire took all we had, I moved to the city to make some money for myself to survive, without knowing the world of hurt my father was in. Being his only descendant, I now have to deal with all the Portuguese and Dutch bureaucracies and funeral costs. Since he was a dutch citizen, I will have no government support to help me. Adding to the misfortune, during these difficult times of quarentine (since beginning of March and presumbably ending end of May), I have no income whatsoever. 
Funeral costs will be around 1500 euros, including 850 euros only for the cremation urn, 300 euros for the cremation itself, 300 euros for the transport and the rest for official papers and funerary fees.
After all this, I also will have to apply for certain papers - my birth certificate, to prove he was my dad, and various other legal issues to solve.
I'm aware of the hard times that we are living at the moment, but I'll be grateful for any little support possible. Any help, helps.
