My 8 year old Boxer Lola had emergency surgery and we desperately need help raising enough funds to afford the bill. Please read below and share as many times as possible!!
I noticed Lola’s belly looked slightly bigger than usual. An hour after realizing it was not normal, I rushed her to the Veterinarian Hospital. She was immediately taken into the back and the surgery began.. During the surgery they found a mass on her spleen that was causing a haemorrhage in her abdomen. She had to have more than a litre of blood drained out and then received a blood transfusion.
Lola has heart arrhythmia so sadly she needs to stay in the care of the professionals at the animal hospital where they are able to monitor her heart closely until she is doing better.
Without this surgery, Lola’s tummy would have filled with so much blood that she would have lost her life in no more than just a couple hours more. It is sad to say but they have quoted the bill to be around $7000. I am praying with all the love and hope in the world that we, together can raise enough money to afford this bill.
