Cet isolement social est largement amplifié chez les patients dans les établissements de soins, où aucun visiteur n'est autorisé. Ils sont forcés à lutter seuls, privés du soutien offert par leur famille, leurs amis. Tous Ensemble est un collectif de professionnels bénévoles qui propose une solution clés en main aux hôpitaux afin d'implanter une solution technologique de communication simple et accessible pour reconnecter les patients en isolement et leurs proches.  Les hôpitaux, les patients et leurs proches bénéficient de cette initiative, qui est gratuite pour tous! Nous sommes déjà actifs dans 5 hôpitaux (Hôpital Général Juif, Hôpital de Verdun, Hôpital Notre-Dame, Hôpital Royal Victoria, Hôpital Général de Montréal).  Et dès demain nous serons présents dans 8 autres hôpitaux (Hôpital Pierre-Boucher, Hôpital St-Mary's, CHUL, Hôpital de l’Enfant-Jésus, Hôpital du Saint-Sacrement, Hôpital Saint-François d’Assise, Hôtel-Dieu de Québec).  Au total, c'est déjà plus de 500 patients reconnectés avec leur famille!    Nous visons à amasser 50 000$ afin de pouvoir perfectionner notre solution technologique et étendre notre initiative à l'ensemble des hôpitaux du Québec.  Vos dons serviront à : (1) Se munir d'un système technologique qui nous permettra de gérer nos appareils simultanément et en masse.
