On the 20th of September I’ll be completing the tough mudder in honour of my late but great nan by raising money for MacMillan Cancer Support.

My nan was diagnosed with cancer shortly after her 80th Birthday and battled endlessly and tirelessly for 6 months.

Each and every day she managed to put a smile on our face for all of those last six months and put aside all her pain for the sake of others, she was the most amazing, selfless woman I have ever come across and I was extremely lucky to have somewhere like her fighting my corner for 22 years. She was a true example of putting other people before herself.

So to my beautiful Nan up there the least I can do for you, is attempt to make you proud and raise a bit of money for the people and their loved ones who need it most.

All donations will be donated to MacMillan Cancer Support in order to help those who are suffering from this awful disease and their families through one of the toughest period anyone can ever have to go through.
