Hey guys! So as most of you know, children mean absolutely everything to me, and starting a family of my own is something I want to happen for me in the future.
**WARNING!! LOTS OF READING AHEAD!!**
As simple as this sounds, it's really not. I, for one, plan to take testosterone injections as soon as I possibly can, but the issue with beginning hormone treatment before retrieving my eggs is the high risk of becoming infertile aka low chance of being a biological dad. Granted, there have been transmen who have gotten off testosterone to accomplish this, but very little have succeeded. On T, a woman's biological structure begins to rearrange, similar to that of a male (but not becoming male), and normal female bodily functions begin to SHUT DOWN. Hence, I'm trying to nip these kids in the bud before I can take one of the biggest most important steps of my whole entire life, yes I'm using a lot of adjectives. But that is why I would really appreciate help from anybody. I understand wanting to help but not feeling like it's enough. DO NOT WORRY. The more people that give, the less anyone has to donate. So PLEASE share this campaign, far and wide.
(I do have my own personal account for saving, so i'm not freeloading anyone I promise. This is a big goal for me.)
This campaign is so that I will be able to freeze and store my eggs, and also to help pay for other medical expenses included, i.e. birth control, fertility shots, visits, and the egg retrieval procedure itself.
I ask that you all please find it in your hearts to give back to a guy like me, and dawn a chance to see his kids prosper before they even know that they have. Thank y'all so much!
