Toshiya Mori

On Friday January 17th 2020, one of our fellow employees  and friend Toshi was in a serious snowboard accident while riding here in Whistler. He was airlifted from the mountain directly to Vancouver General Hospital and taken straight into surgery for a broken neck.  As of the 23rd January Toshi is only able to lift his arms post surgery and cannot feel or move from the chest down. 

We are  raising  funds to help Toshi get the best care possible and access to the best rehabilitation facilities available. Toshi will need to return to Japan via air ambulance and he needs funds for this travel as soon as possible.  There is a certified medical treatment only  available in Japan  using a  medicine that  we hope may help regain some of his previous movement, however he will need to be home  to receive this medical attention.  

The first few weeks are very crucial for his recovery to be the best it can be and Toshi needs all the support he can get.
