Torys breast reduction

Hello all,
I have had issues with being large breasted for a long time.  Now, they are bigger than ever and they're making life difficult. I've reached a 34I.   Im always in pain, between my neck, back, and the tension migraines. 
Recently insurance determined that it is medically necessary to have the surgery and I only have to pay for my deductible. It's a pretty steep one and a lot of debt to take on at once.... 
I've never been one to ask for help but a few encouraged me so here goes. Anything at allowed will help, and is very very appreciated. I'm ready to live
a normal comfortable life again
