Torres Family lost their housing after fire

Hi, my name is Paulina, I was homeless for the past two years and was living in unstable housing without my family, until a month ago when my mom and sister finally could move to Illinois state to be close to me, they found a house an hour away from my college.

Yesterday, unfortunately, that house got burn down, now my family and me are currently in a hotel without any stable housing anymore. Any contribution will be greatly appreciate since we will need it for a new deposit for a new house/apartment to rent, the clothing lost, expenses until we find a new place, my college laptop which stayed inside of the house while the fire was happening.

The house meant a lot for me, it was my safe place, and the accident happened a day before my 20th birthday, if you could share this my family and me will be always thankful, we never thought it was going to happen to us, and neither that was going to be of this magnitude. Thankfully we didn’t lose a lot of furniture except for my room and my moms room (two beds, desk n a chair, and clothes) since we just moved.
