Tornado Emergency Support- Whittington Family

I am starting  this fundraiser for Jack and Elizabeth Whittington. He is the pastor of Pleasant Valley Church in Smithdale, MS and has been there since I was a child.


They were affected by the massive  tornadoes that hit in Amite County. Their home is not repairable and they do not have insurance. I wanted to help raise money to get them  back on their feet and get personal belongings they may need before they start the long road ahead to rebuild a their home.

They have always put so much into the small church with such giving hearts. Jack would give a lending hand or shirt off his back to a stranger. They were like parents to me, as I spent many of my childhood days with their daughter, Rhonda, one of my childhood best friends. When I still go back to church on Mother’s Day, he gives all the mothers a $5 bill to make them feel special.
