Trans Non-binary Jewish Artist Top Surgery Fund!

Harlie here! (They/Them pronouns please)  I’m a disabled, Jewish, dance artist  and photographer based in the Salt Lake City area and I’m raising money for my top surgery. As an artist, my work is unable to provide me with the insurance necessary to cover my procedure and my illness prevents me from working a routine job. Top surgery is a gender affirming surgery that is a vital part of my transition to help me feel at peace with my body.

The money I raise will go towards:
A portion of my surgery 
Surgery center and anesthesia fees
Air fare (my surgeon is in California)
Housing accommodations until I am well enough to travel
