Hello hello! I’m a neurodivergent, working-class trans man and this surgery would take me many years to save up on my own. Unfortunately I do not have any family support and also just come from poverty. Turning to my community is not easy, but it’s my only choice.

I cannot overstate how much this would improve my life. Existing in this body can be extremely challenging at the best of times. I just want to do normal things without this very troublesome flesh.

I wish trans people in the UK didn’t have to go through private healthcare for a reasonable surgery timeline. NHS waiting lists are ridiculous and gender affirming health care should be available for everyone.

Please consider even the smallest donation! I am deeply grateful for anything people can spare in these difficult times.

How the funds will be used:

Surgery costs which start at around £7,500 in the UK (I’ve decided not to travel to Europe despite lower surgery costs due to flights + accommodation which come to up the same amount as being at home)

Consultations which range from £200-400

Food and essentials for 6 weeks of recovery

Gender specialist assessment and surgery referral, respectively £550 and £350

I will make sure to update this with all new information.
