<div>Community Appeal – Help Us Replace Stolen Tools for Our Volunteer Tradespeople
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hi, my name is Jane, and I am the President of Leukaemia Support Queensland.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Around two weeks ago, our Support Services House—created to provide comfort and practical help to patients and families facing blood cancer—was broken into.
</div>
<div>During the break-in, numerous tools and pieces of equipment were stolen.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These tools did not belong to the charity.
</div>
<div>They belonged to the generous volunteer tradespeople who have donated their time, skills, and money to prepare the house for occupancy. Their kindness has been essential in getting this home ready for patients who need a safe and supportive place during treatment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Stolen items include:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Honda generator
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Makita drill
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Makita mixer
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Various smaller hand tools
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These volunteers should never be out of pocket for trying to help others, and we are reaching out to the community for support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you are able to donate replacement tools, contribute financially, or connect us with businesses willing to assist, it would help us enormously in giving back to the tradespeople who have given so much already.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every contribution—big or small—makes a real difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you can help, please contact us, and we will provide further details.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for supporting the volunteers who support our families.
</div>
