Tony Navarro Medical Help

My friend Tony has had many health issues and has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure as he has suffered through 3 heart attacks and survied 2 triple bypasses. Since his last bypass, which did not go very well he has had 20 hospitalizations and that's not counting the countless number of Emergency Room visits and doctors visits. Due to his bypass failing Tony has had to have an ICD implant as well as more stents to try and make his heart stronger. In the process of doing this Tony began having partial complex seizures that are followed by todds paralysis, which makes him high risk for falls.
Tony has severe seizure as the result from his head trauma from a fall that would not have occurred if his doctors would have listened to his wife Traci and filed the paperwork for a Mobility Wheelchair. Two year later he still doesnt have a wheelchair. Tony requires 24 hour care and needs assistance in his daily care. He was on heavy blood thinners and a high fall risk and still no wheelchair. Now he is more medically fragile thanks to the neglect of the doctors. Tony has two different types of seizures which one, he has no movement and leaves him paralyzed and he cannot speak when he wakes up. For 6+ hours he can not move or open his mouth he just opened his eyes and his eyes looks around rapidly. He is unable to recognize where he is or who his wife Traci is. When he finally wakes up he is very weak on his right side and cognitive function is slow. It does come back, but it takes time and unfortunately, he has other seizures that hit and those seizures are from his fall as well. Even with a helmet his head was not protected being on blood thinners.
Because Tony requires 24 hour care Tony's wife Traci took off of work to care for him and ended up losing her job over it.
Tony's wife Traci has applied to be his caregiver. Unfortunately there is only one program out there that will pay a spouse to be a caregiver and it is a 3+ years waiting list. Tony has been put near the top of the waiting list due to the severety of his condition.
