Tony Muñoz-Med Exp & Home Repair

My uncle, Anthony "Tony" Muñoz has been through a whirlwind of medical procedures and treatments in the last 3 years.  He was diagnosed with unexplained liver failure in 2014 and by a miracle, was the recipient of a donor liver in November 2014.  His liver is working perfectly, but his kidneys never returned.  He will have dialysis treatments 3 times a week for the rest of his life.  He does not qualify for a kidney transplant because he was diagnosed with cancer in April 2016.  Having cancer automatically takes you off of the transplant list until you have been cancer free for 5 years.  He has been through several rounds of intense chemotherapy treatments, which have helped to stop the progression of the cancer, but not cure it.  His cancer is not curable. 

In addition to his health problems, Hurricane Harvey hit hard in his area and damaged his septic system at home.  This repair requires over $1,000 of parts and labor to fix. The tanks need to be cleaned before installing a new pump, which is also why the cost is high. He has managed to get by thus far, but is now having some monetary difficulties due to the home repair issues that are popping up.
