Tom's Wheelchair Fund

Donation protected

On Saturday 15th July (noon) 14 year old Thomas Green will be at ROKT Brighouse attempting to climb one of the highest man made climbing walls in the UK. Thomas was born with a degenerative bone condition in his left leg and will soon be having the limb amputated above the knee. By attempting this climb Thomas is hoping to raise funds to put towards the purchase of a racing wheelchair. In recent years Thomas has impressed everyone around him with his bravery and positive outlook and with the help of his school Thomas has thrown himself in to disability sport winning numerous gold medals and becoming a north of England Panathlon champion and a winner of the Panathlon Outstanding Achievement Award for West Yorkshire. He is a member of Leeds City Athletics Club and is hoping that he will soon have his own racing wheelchair in which to compete. Many thanks for taking the time to look at Thomas's page and any donations will be very gratefully received. Please feel free to attend the event and give Thomas your support.
Thanks again - Matthew Green
