Hi!
My name is Thomas and I'm preparing to do the full Ironman in Youghal, Cork on the 15th of August!
I'm am using this opportunity to help raise money for a charity that's very important to me: Waterford City River Rescue CRBI.
This is an organisation that provides a search and rescue service on the River Suir and is an official resource to the Irish Coast Guard which means that if there is an emergency situation on the river they can be paged by the coast guard to respond immediately and save lives!
I myself am fortunate enough to be a member of this amazing charity and have gotten to experience the incredible work this group do. Its comprised of entirely voluntary members and relies completely on the generosity of the public to keep them afloat!
This year as part of one of my biggest physical and mental challenges I want to help give back to the organisation who have thought me so much and pushed me to be a better person!
I hope you can help me in my quest to support these incredible people!
