Tommy Schleicher Car Accident Donation Page

Donation protected
On February 21, 2023, our friend Tommy Schleicher was severely injured in a car accident.
Tommy had just dropped off his 10-month-old son at daycare and was heading to work. A vehicle driving northbound on Lapeer Road veered into the median, striking a road sign which became dislodged and went airborne into oncoming traffic. Tommy was driving southbound on Lapeer Road when the road sign went through his windshield, striking him in the head. Tommy then veered off Lapeer Road where his vehicle came to rest against a tree.
Tommy was immediately rushed to Royal Oak Beaumont where he remains in Critical Condition.
The driver who hit the sign causing the accident did not stop. Currently, the Oakland County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public’s help identifying the driver and vehicle that was involved. At this time the Oakland County Sheriff's office believes the vehicle may be a 2013-2015 Kia Optima (Silver or Grey).
Tommy is the greatest dad, husband, son, brother and friend! He is hardworking, caring and lights up the room with his smile and contagious laugh.
This page is being set up as a way for friends and family to help ease the financial burden for Tommy’s family while they focus on the upcoming days without the added worry.
