In Honor of Tom Touchette

This go fund me is to cover the medical bills, cremation costs, and living expenses for Leslie Iredell after the unexpected passing of her husband, Tom Touchette. This fund is monitored by Madeline Shattow, a long-time family friend, with Leslie's blessing.

Dwight "Tom" Touchette passed away in his sleep on August 22, 2020 following a back surgery the prior day, at the age of 74. Tom was a veteran of the 173rd Airborne Brigade and served as a paratrooper and medic during the Vietnam War. Using his skills to help people was something that he continued throughout his life. He was a man of many talents, trades, and stories.

Tom settled in Hadley, MA where he lived for over three decades. He was a proud member of the Shriners and Masonic Lodge and was devoted to charity. Tom enjoyed cooking for loved ones, playing pool, and helping anyone and everyone he could. He was a man who believed in miracles and he made it his mission to bring light and joy to his community, friends, and family. 

Tom believed that his purpose on this Earth was to care for others, namely the love of his life- his wife, Leslie. He was her primary support spiritually, emotionally, and financially. In honor of Tom, we would like to support Leslie during this trying time.
