Our Dad was diagnosed with Lung Adenocarcinoma on January 5th. It has spread throughout his body, including his spine and brain, so he started radiation treatment on January 11th and will complete ten, 30 minute sessions and then be re-evaluated for a treatment plan going forward.
Unfortunately, their minimal medical coverage does not cover most of the treatment costs, so there are many unforseen medical expenses, including all of the prescriptions he has to be on and all of the testing that had to be done. We are hoping to help relieve some of the financial burden by raising some money to help our dad heal.
We will be keeping him on a strict diet to control inflammation and prevent any further cancer cells from growing. He will also be doing other natural remedies to reduce the tumors, which all of course cost money too.
