These past couple of weeks have been extremely hard not just for our staff and employees, but for the service industry as a whole. Due to COVID-19, we at Toloache - Tacuba - Coppelia are adhering to the guidelines and mandatory closing all our locations. We have and will continue to put the health and safety first for both our patrons and members of our family.
Our 200 plus employees and their families are severely impacted due to this work hiatus. Most of our employees have been with us since our first opening in 2007 and we are tirelessly working to minimize their financial crisis. However, without an idea of when we would be able to reopen our doors, we will eventually exhaust our resources. We are asking for your help by purchasing gift cards so we can keep our workers employed and they can hit the ground running when we have our grand reopening in the near future. We are also starting a GoFundMe, where any contribution will help make up part of their income. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the staff.
We would like to thank all of you who sent us countless messages of support during this difficult time. Our goal is to make sure that our employees and their families are able to weather this storm.
