<div>No family is ever prepared to hear words like these, and in an instant, life has changed forever.

<div>As Jack prepares to begin treatment, our priority is to ensure that he and his family can focus on what matters most—spending precious time together, making memories, and facing the road ahead with as little financial worry as possible.

<div>This fundraiser has been set up by Jack’s friends, family and local community to help ease some of the financial pressures that come with a life-changing diagnosis. Donations will help towards travel to appointments, everyday household expenses, treatment-related costs where needed, and creating special moments together as a family.
