She is a strong woman, a single mother, a proud grandmother of two little ones who are the light of her life, and the full-time caregiver for her 83-year-old mother. She has always put the needs of others before her own.

<div>Now, Karen faces the greatest battle of her life: her fight against breast cancer. She was recently diagnosed, and without health insurance and with very limited resources, the cost of the treatments and procedures she needs to begin her recovery is overwhelming.
