<div>My beautiful, first born daughter, Deja was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer and we found out a week later that the cancer has spread to her lungs, liver and brain which is now labeled as stage 4. 
</div>

<div>At just 25 years old, she’s in the fight of her life as she will begin an aggressive chemotherapy Early August. She has a 6 month road of chemotherapy ahead and then she’ll prepare for a mastectomy surgery. Her diagnosis has turned our world upside down, but Deja is facing it with unimaginable strength, hope, and courage.

<div>Deja has a vibrant and caring personality, and is a sweetheart through and through. She brightens the mood in any room she walks into. She is a one of a kind gal with a big heart and is always willing to help those around her. Deja is an amazing Montessori teacher and her kids adore her. The thought of being away from her students during treatment week is tough for her to imagine but it will be necessary for her wellbeing and immune system.

<div>Every donation, no matter how small, will help with her monthly financial obligations and additional expenses such as travel to appointments, quality nutritional changes, and other non-covered palliative care that come with battling this disease. Insurance is a blessing however there are some things that just are Not covered.
