Toffee surgery

My friend and I are fostering this kitten that was found in a shed on a construction site. She has a broken leg and needs to have surgery as shin as possible to ensure it heals properly. When she was found she was only about a week old. I put her with a nursing mom and her babies. When she reached 5 weeks old my friend took her to her place. My friend took her to the vet and we were told she had ringworm and an upper respiratory infection. It took two months to get clear of the ringworm. About a week before here checkup my friend noticed her not putting weight on her one foot. She was also crying as she stepped on it. The X-ray showed she had a broken leg and needed surgery to help it heel properly. Unfortunately the ortho surgeon has been out of town. Toffee will getting with the surgeon this coming Tuesday. We have had to keep her in a small pop up kennel to limit her movement. We are asking for help pay for her surgery and any other medical care she my need to help her leg heal. If the leg does not heal properly it may need to be removed. Thank you for any help you can do.
